What is the estimated delivery time?
Our outfits are made-to-order. Typically, delivery takes 2-3 weeks from the time of order. In many cases, it can be quicker depending on our tailors' availability.
Are the outfits ready-to-wear or made-to-order?
All of our clothes are stitched specifically for your order. We begin the tailoring process once an order is received to ensure a fresh, unique piece is created just for you.
In emergency cases we do sometimes have suits availble quicker, contact us via WhatsApp to get more details.
Can I provide custom measurements?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to provide your own measurements for a truly bespoke fit, and we offer this service free of charge. Please add your measurements to the notes section at checkout.
What is your return policy?
As every outfit is made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
