Global Delivery & Processing from Hizanaz Ltd.

1. Order Processing Times ⏳

To ensure the highest quality, processing times vary depending on the items in your order. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

  • Standard Clothing (Ready-to-Wear): Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Custom Formal Wear (Stitched Items): These require extended processing time. We first source the unstitched premium fabrics and then have our expert tailors stitch the garment to your requirements before it is ready for dispatch.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery 🇬🇧

Once your order has completed processing (see above), the following delivery times and rates apply to the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days): £3.99 (Free on orders over £150 during promotional periods)
  • Next Day Delivery: £5.99 (An additional £2.00 upgrade from standard shipping. Applies to transit time only, after standard processing is complete).

Our Carriers & Tracking 📦

We use Evri, DPD, or Royal Mail for all UK shipments. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

3. International Shipping 🌍

We partner with reliable international carriers for our overseas deliveries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services.

  • European Union: £14.99 flat rate (Estimated 2 to 11 business days after dispatch). Includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and 24 more countries.
  • Rest of World: £23.99 flat rate (Estimated 3 to 17 business days after dispatch). Includes UAE, Australia, Canada, and 10 more countries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 🛂

  • Customers are strictly responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
  • Please check your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

4. Order Issues & Support 🛠️

Lost or Delayed Orders

If you believe your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We require time to investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged: Contact us immediately with clear photographic evidence of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect: If you receive the wrong item, reach out to us so we can arrange for a swift replacement or refund.
